Eldstorm AB ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile apps and web-based software. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our applications and services.

Some of our apps display advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may collect, process, and share information such as device or other IDs, Android Advertising ID, app set ID, device information, app information, approximate location derived from IP address, app activity, ad interaction data, diagnostic data, and related information.
This information may be used for advertising, ad delivery, ad personalization where permitted, non-personalized ads, limited ads, ad measurement, analytics, reporting, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Eldstorm AB does not store personal user data from our apps on Eldstorm AB servers unless the user voluntarily provides information directly to us, such as by contacting support.
Local app data, such as settings, preferences, puzzle progress, timer settings, sound selections, and similar app data, is stored only on the user's device. This local data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app data, or uninstalls the app.
If a user contacts us directly by email or another support channel, we may retain that communication for as long as needed to respond to the request, handle follow-up questions, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Support communications are normally deleted when they are no longer needed.
Crash reports, diagnostics, analytics data, advertising data, consent data, and similar data processed by third-party services are retained according to the retention policies of those third-party providers. Eldstorm AB does not control the retention periods used by those providers.
